When you request a vehicle quote, we collect the information you submit, including your name, contact details, pickup suburb, vehicle details, description and optional photographs.
The A1 Cash for Cars iOS mobile app collects the same information as the website quote form: name, contact details, pickup suburb, vehicle details and optional photographs. This information is handled under this same privacy policy. For photographs submitted through the iOS app, photo metadata is removed before upload.
How information is used
The information is used to assess your enquiry, plan possible vehicle collection, communicate with you, prevent misuse and maintain business records.
Vehicle photographs
Uploaded photographs are stored privately with the quote request. Do not upload images containing unrelated people, identity documents, financial records or other unnecessary personal information.
Disclosure
Information should be shared only with service providers or personnel who need it to assess, administer or fulfil the requested service, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information. Records should be retained only for legitimate business, dispute-resolution and legal purposes, then deleted securely.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. You may request access to or correction of your personal information through the verified business contact details once published.
